Flatworm or copepod?

So, I lost one of my turbo snails and when I pulled it out of the tank after seeing the narcissus snails go at it, I saw some little critter scurrying around in it. One looks like a chiton, but the others I wasn't sure if the are a copepod or a pest flatworm...I took some 15x macro shots of it with my iPhone.
