So can anyone tell me what this is? Noticed them on my glass this past week and the more I look the more I find. I added some corals ( favites favia zoa's hammer) about 3 months ago. Also just to note that is an mp40 wet side that I knocked in trying to take a pic lol so that's a size reference but they are about the same diameter as a number to pencil eraser. White with a darker middle (I'm assuming some type of organs?).

Ps due to covid I was away from home for about 3 months and most of the corals are in rough shape so I'm not sure if it's due to these pests or the lack of care they received in 3 months

Looks like a chiton and would be reef safe

Thinking not a flatworm based on shape. Too perfectly oval. Can you see any type of shell? Thinking chiton or limpet. Good guys.
Not really I'll dig one out tomorrow and see what I find. Would this be something a six line wrasse would eat? I have one in QT not that it probably matters either way just curious.

Lol this was my first guess but given my track record nothing in this hobby comes easy so I just assume the worst now it makes things much easier
They’re often confused with limpets

Ill check them out and do Abit of research can these reproduce in the aquarium do you know? I mean obviously these are as I've counted about 12 of them tonight and I know these didn't all come in on a frag plug lol unless there was eggs
Yes as they are egg cluster layers

Looks like a Limpet to me, if the shell is sectioned into multiple layers of shell its a Chiton. However, the way it's body sits inside the shell makes me think Limpet more though.

Took these pictures from another thread, Limpet left Chiton on right
