Flatworm question targeted to SPS keepers

What have you guys used to systemically treat the tank for flatworms? I have these guys in the photo. They don't seem to be on any of the sps or affecting any other coral. Let me know what you think and the best next step. If its a medicated additive or supplement I just want to be sure its safe for sps, so I'm posting here, if anything needs to be done at all.

Thank for the find, that's what they look like. More annoying than anything then when they pop up on the glass every day after a cleaning. Glad it isn't one of the other flatworms!

Both of mine (1 in each tank) wipe those out before I ever see them.

I've been feeding the tank a lot in the past several months with my GHA better controlled. Trying to get my tank to look like yours! Lol

The wrasse is probably full. The tangs don't finish their nori some days!

Levamisole @ 2 mg/l. Done many in-tank treatments over the years. Your sixline probably cant keep up, you could try a different Halichoeres sp. if you want to stay with natural predation.

Like it was mentioned Wrasses should clear these up, and if your worried about aggression between different wrasse species Damsels will also eat flatworms.

I’m my experience and still battling them .
sixline , Mel wrasse. Springeri damsels. Yellow coris wrasse , green spotted mandarin are all supposed to eat them
I have stocked very fish possible to try but the only one that seams to do anything is the green spotted mandarin .
problem is he can’t keep up .
I finally found blue velvet nudibranchs .
And fingers crossed the wrasses haven’t found them yet .

I recently had hundreds of them on my glass. Once I added my peacock wrasse they decreased in number and now I don’t see them at all.

I’ve used flatworm Rx with no effect on sps, just make sure you siphon out all the ones you can get to before dosing it to lessen toxins they release when they die

Acoels are totally harmless, except if there's a massive surge of them for some reason and they temporarily bother corals by sheer numbers, and that's pretty rare. Usually they surge slightly in newer tanks, then die back on their own. No need to wipe 'em out, they'll generally handle themselves.
