I have a 36g bowfront that somehow got fw. Last Thursday I dosed fw exit I only added 18 drops due to I didn’t know if it meant tank volume or actually tank I have lots of live rock. The directions say 4 drops for every 5 gallons. I seen them dying within mins but guess didn’t get them all
When should I dose again

Yes, it may take multiple treatments. It took 5 or 6 on our 32. I'm going on my 3rd on my other tank. Your tank is a 36 gallon, I would at least dose enough to cover 30 gallons. I have watched these little buggers, some headed down into the substrate for cover when I hit them. If you see them on your glass I guarantee you have some if not more hiding in your scape and substrate.

Yeah you wont get them all with one treatment. I would do another treatment in a week, then even another a couple weeks after that.

Do you have a sump? Their dosing is for total water volume of the system , but its not harmful if you go a bit over it can actually kill more stubborn ones. If not sump, I would dose it like it was 36g. I wouldn't worry about the live rock throwing the gallons off.
