Flatworm Treatment

Is using a flatworm product like flatworm rx or flatworm exit once a week for 4 weeks long enough to kill the hatchlings as they come out of the eggs? Also once water is added to the powder can you use it the next week or does it lose its potency over that time?

Ive been doing it once a week for 5 weeks and i still have some flatworms. Definitely has gotten significantly better but I’ll probably do a treatment once a week for another month just to ensure that they’re all gone.
