Looks like a ghost flat worm. How long your tank been up. Ghost flatworms tend to disappear after a while and not a bad critter. Part of new tank. When in doubt remove.
Yea flatworm.
Flatworms are very large group and not all are bad and most disappear in a reef tank do to lack of their food.
I usually do not worry about them unless they come in on a coral because they are usually are feeding on it.
You can remove it to be on the safe side.

It had a ghost shape. I hate to remove any bug encase it’s good. I used a brine shrimp net and already washed him down the drain. Tank is 10 weeks old. It’s a 245gal DT ..325gal total. Tank will be fallow for 76 days. 3 fish developed ick. All fish are in Hospital tanks with copper. Haven’t lost any. The corals I bought online from two live sales here. I didn’t dip or QT and now I regret it. I now have two 20 gal and two 40 gal set up for just that now. I will be following the fish and coral Qt recommend here from now on.
