Definitely looks the part. I will say its not (obviously) the white acoel flatworms we sometimes see that are no concern, its (obviously) not red planaria, which can be a PITA but dealt with, given that I would treat it as one of the AEFW's. Have you found more of them? Do you have SPS corals in the tank? Any white spots on those SPS?
