Flatworm?

I got this white speckle on a sick staghorn. What's that? Is it flat worm? Removal necessary, but how?

I can’t see the video. But from the pic, looks like a barnacle. Does it have a sweeping hand that pops in and out?

I guess it is a keyhole limpet.
dang it, I don't have any wrasses in tank.
Benthic dweller wrasses normally need sandbed, but my tank is bare bottom

It's Barnacle you can see it from the video. Search for it in youtube and watch, it have the same behaviour

Usually can't damage the host, and isn't disturbing it. If.., the host will cover it and will close it.
