Flatworm?

So for awhile now, I’ve always had a live rock that’s too close to the glass. Long story short, I had to move 2 rocks to get this one farther away from the glass. I took the one on the bottom out of the tank and put it in some freshwater just to see what comes off... and this was hanging out of the rock. It was twice this size before I finally got it all out. Flatworm?

It was gray/green when it first came out... definitely looks like a bristle worm... thanks for your help!

It would be interesting to see the head. With the coloration and it being twice the length as pictured, could this be a eunicid worm?
