Is this a flatworm?
My pocilipora has not been doing well, and today I notice these greyish things moving around on the coral.

What do you suppose hey are?

You are going to have to do a lot of dipping. I don't believe dips kill eggs. And they will continue to eat your poci's

Is there any way to eradicate them in the tank and not dipping?
Yes, you can siphon them up with a 3/8" tubing into a nylon stocking and discard.
Other option is a wrasse such as Yellow coris or 6 lined, and even lunare which will consume them.

My set up in 32.5 gallon.
What wrasse would you recommend for a tank this size?

Yellow corris gets 5 inches requires a 50+g probably more peaceful fish. Lunare gets to 10 inches and recommended is 125g
6line is 3 inches and peopel say they do well in a 30g. Liveaquaria says 55g.
Up to you either yellow or 6 line. 6 lines can get very aggressive. It's why I asked.

I have been considering the pink streaked wrasse as well. But seem hard to find in my area.
