Seems like a decent amount. How big is the tank. A scooter dragonet should take care of them.

I didn't even realize I had them untill a frogspawn that was thriving went downhill. I dipped it and a bunch came off of it. I used flat worm exit. It's a 180g tank and I don't want to add any new fish to eat them. I have a six line and two damsels but if they were eating any they couldn't keep up with them. I had no negative reactions from using the treatment.

You are going to have a massive amount more than you can see. Some fish can eat them, velvet nudibranch. In the end, they will never get them all, but can keep them under control if you have enough fish.

You are not screwed. They are easy to treat if you plan ahead and are smart. The dewormer is safe, but the toxins that the worms give off is legit. Just need lots of fresh water, reactors for carbon and a good plan. These are beatable.
