I just noticed red flatworms in my 300 gal!

I hate flatworms and there is just a couple,
Maybe 35 in the whole system. Would I be safe just using flatworm exit and a
Melanurus wrasse without doing a water change for the toxins? I’m running chemipure blue so that could help some. I just wanna deal with them before they get out of control.

You wAnt to do water change daily to remove dead FW which can release toxins
You also want to look daily for the next 2 weeks for presence of eggs which are very tiny
Other wrasses are:
Yellow coris
6 line
Lunare

There will be a lot more than what you see. If you use flatworm exit I would definitely plan to do the recommended water changes.
I would start by siphoning out any that you see every day for several days to a week before using flatworm exit.
