Flatworms (different types?) and solution

Noticed clusters of what are almost certainly flatworms on the glass of my refugium this evening, yet to see any in the display tank. Am I correct in thinking there are a few variations with the red being of most concern? Despite how the photo below looks, I don't think these are the red round flat worms, my fuge light is on giving a red tint.

Question is, take action or leave? Would rather not use chemicals and aware of the possible toxic problem from mass die-off. Have a Melanurus Wrasse in the DP which I think would seek and eat these?

I got these pumpkin flatworms. They look like a tooth , but pink. I syphon them out with a rigid tubing and airline. Flatworm exit works well on these, but if you don’t want to use treatment you got to syphon out at least once a week. Very prolific to come back. Looking for a yellow coris wrasse for this biocube 29, but none available at the LFS’s right now. I used flatworm exit and lost a maxima clam a while back.

I got these pumpkin flatworms. They look like a tooth , but pink. I syphon them out with a rigid tubing and airline. Flatworm exit works well on these, but if you don’t want to use treatment you got to syphon out at least once a week. Very prolific to come back. Looking for a yellow coris wrasse for this biocube 29, but none available at the LFS’s right now. I used flatworm exit and lost a maxima clam a while back.

Hi! Do you have any follow-up on ur problem? I’m dealing with the same type, i see only a few tho. Did the wrasse help?

Siphon then out as I said above and discard the water, there may be eggs. I’ve pretty much eliminated them. Using flatworm exit helps too but make sure if there is a lot of dead ones you run carbon after treatment and water change. My dusky wrasse definitely has an eye and mouth for eliminating them. The yellow coris wrasse, haven’t noticed him picking at them.

I have them and leave them alone. They are not the red ones.
