Flatworms in Frag Tank

I believe I have flatworms in my frag tank! I would like to know the best way to eradicate them. When I placed my last corals into it I didn't dip as I had the flu and just couldn't do it. The flatworms seem to be pretty small, I noticed them on my glass. I was thinking about using FWE or possibly dipping my coral, which I need to do anyway and placing them into another QT, then emptying and cleaning out my 20g, which I don't mind doing. Thank you!

If I decide to use FWE, should I remove any snails that are in there, I'm assuming that it would kill them.
