Flatworms on achilles tang

Need help from the pros. My achilles tang has some kind of flatworms attached to it's body. He is pushing against rocks and substrate and seems very stressed, tough, he is eating very well.

Can I use Prazipro to treat this?

Can I use Prazipro to treat this?

It would be the first thing I try, although I would probably do a FW dip first.
