Is there a critter like a shrimp or something I could have in my 10 gallon that will eat pests like flatworms?
 
Could also try a small long nose hawkfish. It may get too big for that size aquarium later on though.

Try the product by salifert called flatworm exit.

Misread the post and thought you meant bristle worms for some reason

You could get either a six line wrasse or cryptic wrasse. The latter being the least aggressive.

+1 for Flatworm Exit. There is no reason to buy a fish to combat an infestation that's very easy and safe to rid your tank of
