Flatworms?

Pretty sure these are flatwoms? Find them on the glass when the light first comes on. Numbers seem to be increasing. Not really wanting to add a wrasse just yet.. not ready for the xtra bio-load. Flatworm Exit perhaps? Knock em down before they get out of hand and keep the toxins released down as much as possible. Any input would be appreciated. Thx

Exactly.
Failing to use carbon, and do a water change can really cause problems.
