Definitely dont throw it out, any coral can be saved. Do a series of dips to kill themIt’s weird. None of my other corals have them and they all seem happy. Even with the small cycle they’re going through. The only thing I’ve added to the system in months is a ball of chaeto. Maybe they rode in on that? I don’t have a QT tank so it might be going in the trash.
I tossed it. Dipped it but the eggs make me nervous. If I had a QT setup I would’ve tried harder but the coral was pretty far gone as it is. Better to sacrifice one if it means possibly saving the others. It’s a shame though. That torch was one of my favorites.Definitely dont throw it out, any coral can be saved. I don’t have any wrasses. I had a mandarin that just died (I read that they will eat them) so I don’t know if she was contributing to keeping them unnoticeable. I read that 6-line wrasses will eat them but I would rather not get one of those.I had different type of flatworms, but a yellow coris wrasse made a huge difference in my tank. What wrasses do you have?
Maybe @reef lover knows if wrasses eat these particular worms.
