99 percent sure I've got flatworms.. this frogspawn had about a million on it when I got it and thought h2o2 dip would take care of it. I was wrong! Anyone.know best course of action? look to the left and the right of the center. I see about 10 good sized ones on it [emoji33]

Some folks recommend a 6 line wrasse, I didn't want to house a 6 line so I took the flatworm exit route. I just treated with flatworm exit and experianced some issues. Have enough water ready to do your WC and have your carbon ready. Make sure you have enough additional water for an emergency wc as well. Watch your ammonia! The ammonia spiked a couple of hours after treatment for us. Vacuum as many out as possible before you treat, they become toxic when they die. Recommend having some Prime on hand as well as methylene blue for potential ammonia burn.

If you want to see what I just went through follow the link. Other folks have used it with no issues, this is probably one of the exceptions.

Thank you for your tips, I really appreciate it, a six line will not be possible beacause I only have a fluval evo 13.5 sadly. I only have a frogspawn that is affected with 3 heads ( 2 really small ones ) I don't believe there are enough flatworms in the first place to create enough toxins to crash the tank. Then again I know theres a high chance I am completely wrong! I will look into getting flatworm exit and some prime. How would I vacuum them out if they are just sitting on the frogspawn?

They sure have no problem travelling far from their host..

I just had the same with small blue flatworms covering my Sunset Monti which is the oldest biggest coral in the tank. I don’t remember where I’d heard of it or if I had, but I mixed some fresh saltwater up, dunked the coral (the saltwater was still “hot”) shook it around for a couple seconds and lightly wiped off the surface. Probably 4 or 5 total seconds of submersion. ALL the flatworms appeared to be removed from the coral, although there is still a few in the tank which doesn’t seem to be a problem. 2 weeks later though, over a period of a couple days, the entire coral appeared to completely die off to the bone. I left it in the tank and it starting recovering pretty quickly. Had thought it dead, and will probably try something else next time. Bleaching pic is about 24 hours after first noticing, the other is today, after about 4 weeks of recovery.
