Flatworms?

Found these guys crawling around in a little algae patch on my glass.
They are definitely flat and definitely worms so I’m gonna say flatworms, but it’s what kind they are that worries me. I haven’t seen any problems so far but I don’t want one to be created. They are a beige color, and seem to only be eating algae I’m not sure though.
Any ID would be great sorry for the bad photo they’re small.

Thanks for the ID, I have no fish as of now but SPS LPS and soft corals, will they pose any problems?

If you click the link and scroll down you'll find a great photo of Acoel flatworms. I've had these in 2 tanks. They never caused any issues. I haven't seen them for a long time, either they died back or the wrasses ate them all

Yes I would say it most resembles those, if they only eat zooplankton what would be the need to “watch them” like it says?

I'm not sure, they didn't cause any problems for me.

If you have an established tank or culture your own pods and phytoplankton you could get yourself a spotted mandarin.. they will take care of your flatworm problem. I know 6 line wrasses and coris wrasses go after them too. Hope this helps!

They can reproduce very quickly if they are given enough food. And if their numbers get high enough, they won't eat your coral, but they'll need some place to crawl around and can bother your coral or even starve them of light if the numbers get high enough. This is more common with planaria flatworms, but can happen with acoel.
