So, I decided to become one of the cool kids. I am going to add some progressive photos for now and post the equipment and livestock lists later.

Best of luck! can't wait to see pictures of it!

Thanks Gumbies R US. I had some issues come up that delayed my thread, but I'm going to start working on it now.

This is Me

My family had a 55 gallon freshwater tank since I was eight years old and I loved it. I felt at peace when I looked at it. I have had my own for most of my adulthood.

In October 2017, my husband and I decided to try our hands at saltwater. Since then, (in addition to doing almost all the work, lol), I've been absorbing as much knowledge as I can. But, I still feel like I know nothing, John Snow!

In July of last year, I gave the 55 gallon freshwater to my son's family. He and his wife have four young children who will enjoy it like I did and their father did while growing up.

In October 2022, I traded my 55 gallon standard undrilled saltwater tank (and a lot of money, lol) to my lfs for a 72 gallon left corner-drilled one with sump. That is the one I will be showing here. I will also display my old tank from time- to- time to show the growth of corals and development of live rock etc.
