PLEASE HELP!

I received this shipment on Thursday and did a 30 min dip in KCl @ 2TSP per gallon. Nothing came off corals, prior to dip I did a drip acclimation and raised temp with a small heater. Small heater and small pump was used during the dip. All plugs were removed and replaced. Friday I started to notice some flesh loss on 2 of the corals. I have them in low-medium light(lights are on an acclimation running at about 50%) and have moved them to a lower flow area of my tank but still enough that extended polyps are swaying in random flow. If anyone has any ideas of what may be going on or what this looks like please let me know.

Photos taken with tank lights on are at time of putting in tank on Thursday, photos taken with magnifier and flash light are this morning.

I'd probably do an anti-Arcobacter bath with ciprofloxacin for 30-90 minutes. If you don't have cipro, doxycycline can be also effective (API Fin & Body). Don't use out of date doxy though, as it becomes toxic.

Can you provide dosage amounts please?
