Flexible tubing and chaeto reactor.

So i have the reef octopus LR-200 coming and i plan to use flexible tubing. The input is 5/8. the output is 3/4 or 1 inch. Im curious why the output would come with 2 different fittings. But my main question is how i would secure the tubing to the sump to prevent the tubing from coming out of the sump. The reactor will be installed externally.

I was thinking suction cup im just unsure if they make one that holds 1 inch tubing
