I'm just now seeing this somehow... I hope you and your wife can find some form of peace among the chaos of the holiday season. I'm sure it will be a tough one. Unfortunately, pain is part of the healing process. God bless!

Thank you all. Life does go on..

Being a man of faith requires me to be a leader for the family. My oldest granddaughter has been crying at times off and on and the wife has asked her why. She said it was because of Liam passing. I took some time last night to talk with her explaining things to her. I said he's okay in heaven in a way a child would understand after a long talk. After the talk she's been fine since. My mistake for not slowing down and doing this earlier.

Children process things in much different ways than adults. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we sometimes overlook that completely, expecting them to understand life as a adult in a adult world and act accordingly. Big mistake.

This is a time of joy and family to most people around the world, but it should always be that time, always. Act accordingly.
