Float valve

Hi,my float valve failed today. did I mount it wrong ? it's been running for a month no problem . luckily it was laundry day so we spilled a couple of gallons only.

Twpilot is likely right. The angle the valve is at is likely not allowing it to seal properly. An adjustable valve will help, I'm sending you a PM
