2 questions. I need some cheapish float valves that I'll be using on am avast breakout box for my apex. I want to do low water and high water to monitor my non integrated ATO system, low water in ato resivor, and a skimmer failsafe float. What is everyone using? Then what are you using to mount them in sump and ato resivor??

I have a Reef Octopus INT150 classic and was able to buy a Regal 150 lid to replace my skimmer top. The Regal 150 lid fit perfect and has the built in float switch. I did not mind paying the extra money for a new lid as I wanted to mod the lid for recirculating C02 scrubber.

If you have a Reef Octopus skimmer, this is an option.

Bubble Magnus here.

I bought 6 float switches on Amazon for 10 bucks. Got some wire from Walmart. And then I used some plastic from an old lid and made a bracket similar to those on autotopoff.com if I had to do it again, I would just buy from there bc it’s probably easier and faster.
