Floating white bits can not get rid of them

As title says I am struggling with white bits in my tank at first I thought it was air bubbles well it is not it almost looks like little dust particles I've added a filter sock and I've added a sheet of foam in the last baffle before then return pump in hope this would trap it all with no luck

What do you think it could be I tried adding a video but it will not let me surely with the filter sock and floss between the baffle it should of reduced by now but it seems not ?

By the way I am not rimless I have a glass sliding lid

Filter socks should do the job depending on the microns used.

Sounds like micro bubbles to me...

It's not micro bubbles I looked closely it's floating white particles like I said I've got a filter sock on the drain and filter floss between the baffle and still doesn't seem like it's got any better could it be some sort of brakup of mixing calcium and carbonate powder or something of the rocks ? It's driving me nuts any help would be appreciated thanks

That's certainly possible? I am no expert someone may know more than I on this one.

i have this issue to i think the gyres are just so good and getting the dirt and crap off the bottom of the sand it just kicks it up im not sure tho. i really hate it lol

Yeh I'm running the gyre to the things a beast got it dialed in at half on a 180 gallon tank and still creates a sand storm @Djtonton

It must run out of things to kick up eventually though with the filter sock and filter between the baffle it just seems like there was more than ever tonight it annoys the he'll out of me
