Moved into a new-to-me house and working on rebuilding the tank. Livestock are in temporary holding tanks. Got the floor support in today. Two jack posts supporting a 6x6 across 4 floor joists. No more bouncy floor and plenty of peace of mind.

Plan is to get the old tank back up and running and start planning a new, bigger, tank.

Nice! What size tank are you putting in? I’m thinking of doing the same have about 140g sitting on my hardwoods. It’s supposed to be okay but it would give me peace of mind to have additional supports

Sounds like we'll be doing similar builds. To fill the space I have for the tank would make it a 130 - 140 gallon tank.
