I am currently in the process of building out a new fish room. I am trying decide what to do for my flooring. The room is about 7’x13’. I was originally looking to have a company do epoxy flooring, but everyone has a minimum of 300 sq ft which would put this over the price I am wanting to pay. I looked at DIY epoxy kits and also at LVP. Anyone have any recommendations? Wall panels are pvc and I am doing a rubber base trim.

I didn't have good luck with paint on my concrete floor. Perhaps I'm just messy, but the saltwater that ended up hitting it cause the paint to come up pretty quickly (the paint had been dry for many years before the saltwater hit it).

I went with laminate flooring on my concrete floor (has an anti-bacterial coating under).

DIY epoxy will hold up fine. You just need to make sure you either acid etch it or shot blast it first.

Swisstrax tiles. Lot's of benefits. 1. They look cool. 2. They are 3/4" thick so if you spill water it will go underneath them and you won't see it or slip on it. 3. They have good traction. 4. They are pretty easy to install. 5. They come in tons of colors to match your theme.
