Florescent Orange Stuff

Anyone know what this is? It just appeared, at least I just noticed it. It lays like algae, not 3D.

Could be corraline. Could be sponge.

I some time have my corraline suddenly turn a bright orangish/florescent color in small spots. Not sure why though.

That’s usually it dying, usually not a good sign.
