Any good acrylic aquarium manufacturers in Florida? Post pics of tank and seams if you have experience with a Florida manufacturer.

This is my 360 gallon Tsunami acrylic tank. Ordered through Fish Tanks Direct. Their prices were pretty good compared to my LFS. I’m in California so I was a little apprehensive having a tank built and shipped across country but in the end I’m pretty happy with my tank. I even had them build my sump for the set up and pretty happy with that as well. Anyhow these guys are in Florida and Scott the builder and Jake at Fish Tanks Direct were really easy to work with answered all my questions and concerns and pretty much out my mind at ease. I would say they’re at least worth checking out if you’re thinking of going that route. Hope this helps.

Holy cow... you're still around! Good to see you.

@JC1977 mentioned Tsunami. They are out of Clearwater.

There is also a good acrylic builder out of Clermont. Owners name is Mario.

BTW - I relocated to Cape Coral about 1.5 years ago but just recently (Nov.) jumped back on here.

Thanks, I was interested in a couple other acrylic builders but both quoted me $1,800 plus for shipping lol, so at that point I realized I’ll have to find a local acrylic manufacturer. The tank looks good, what are the dimensions? And 3/4 cast acrylic I assume?

Haha Yepp, just plugging along. Trying to swap out my 300 from glass to acrylic plus a couple other smaller cichlid tanks. I was just in cape last Thursday! How do you like it so far? Did you stay for the hurricane?

Absolutely recommend FishTanksDirect… they built my 200 and 500 (6’x5’) acrylic tanks and a few for friends that I referred to them. Very happy with their work!

Thanks, what are the dimensions and acrylic thickness? I plan on replacing my A.G.E glass tank that's 84x36x24 with 1" acrylic, and also planning my FW stingray tank that's 84x48x24 also 1" acrylic.

Still waiting on @crusso1993 to come get this custom 300g A.G.E starfire glass tank for free!!!!!
