Looks like a Molly miller blenny
Thanks.Looks like a Molly miller blenny
Don't Molly Millers usually have a little red comb in their head?Looks like a Molly miller blenny
It has a small bit of red. Like a dot or 2.Don't Molly Millers usually have a little red comb in their head?
Thanks, the fish was found on a buoy/dock. I dint see any seaweed there were a bunch of mangroves.I always have found blennies to be very difficult to ID. In this case though, the spot on the dorsal fin stands out to me. It could be a juvenile feather blenny (those are found close to shore). If you found it among rocks/reefs, it could be a seaweed blenny. I think the true molly miller would have more cirri.
