Florida fish ID

Anyone know what fish this is. Found in fl. ( best guess is some type of blenny)

I always have found blennies to be very difficult to ID. In this case though, the spot on the dorsal fin stands out to me. It could be a juvenile feather blenny (those are found close to shore). If you found it among rocks/reefs, it could be a seaweed blenny. I think the true molly miller would have more cirri.

Thanks, the fish was found on a buoy/dock. I dint see any seaweed there were a bunch of mangroves.
