Fwc supposedly met may 10&11 to discuss making a white and black list on corals and fish , will we still be able to ship in fish and corals from other states without them knowing?

This seems urgent. From private people you could still get them shipped in if they are willing. Cannot see any legit business shipping here though. Will be like the firearms caveat you see about no shipping to MA/NY/CA/Il/etc
 
I see no problem with this. Florida's ecosystem is being devastated by former pets that were released into the wild.

I think that will go hand in hand with this if it goes through. How many people are going to release tank inhabitants into the wild if the state declares its illegal to keep them?

None, the answer is none. Nobody that sees this thinks the government is going to knock down your door to steal your bubble tips. We're talking about the government here, not Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro.
