Florida ricordea gone weird, any help?

Hi, got a Florida ricordea the other day from my lfs, I took it home and it may have gotten squashed under another bag, i then tried to glue it down and placed it face down on some tissue paper, not my smartest idea, when I took it off there was some neon residue, it’s not looking so great now so I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do and if you guys think it’ll make it

I placed it in the cup as it wasn’t on anything and it kept getting blown everywhere

You could get a mushroom cage for it.

Add some rubble to the cup. place it on top then after a bit you can glue the rubble rock where you want it once its attached. It looks stressed, but just needs some time imo. mine are in medium flow and about 100 par from my AI Primes.
