I saw this about a year ago. What idiots to think tires could make up an artificial reef. :****:

Bank in the 70's they were probably smokin the good stuff and took the ones out of the backyard since they were an eyesore and tossed them into the ocean so the fishies could enjoy!!!! Absolutely CRAZY!!!!
