Flow? 40 breeder frag system

I have an eflux loop that will be moving into the 40 breeder from a 20 tall two power heads a 2100 gph and a 660 gph. thinking of going bare bottom and putting this cp 150 that i have laying around at the bottom to give flow across floor to keep stuff up and filtering? ( assuming I go bare bottom in the tank. That is still a debate so inout on that as well would help.

The cp90 will make standing waves in my 120.. the 150 will move a Lot of water in the 40b.

so too much? will the eflux loop with the two power heads be enough then? and thoughts on bare bottom vs substrate?

OK I like the footprint of the 40 Breeder so much that the frag system turned into a second full reef system, with 1 XRW30 Gen 1 Radion we will be doing LPS and Softies only in here. substrate blowing off bottom in places kind of annoying. also running on a Fluval 207 Canister filter with return from canister going through a Aqua Ultraviolet HOB 8 watt UV filter. Currently have a paiir of Ocelaris clowns and a few corals in tank. not sure what fish to go with in this tank, any suggestions?
