Flow adjustment not if this is too much or not

Two of the wavemakers are on controls in the other one is just a set power. The one on the left of the tank just has one continuous power. With all this be an overkill or maybe perfect?

I run relatively high flow. The only problem you would have if you are blasting a coral with flow that doesn't like it. Generally it's better to have high flow then low flow in my opinion.

I cannot tell without knowing the size of your tank and the gph of your pumps. Most people go with about 15 times turnover for soft corals and 40 times for SPS. Some people with SPS go as high as 100 times. I am a scuba diver and I have seen currents on reefs that would translate to several thousand turnover. So our aquariums are pretty tame compared to many reefs.
