Flow and lighting for a red sea reefer 350

So I just picked up a red sea reefer 350 and trying to plan out the upgrade and tank swap. I'm trying to figure out if the equipment I have will work or if I should plan another route. It's going to be a mixed reef.

For lighting I have
2x hydra 26hd
1x radion xr gen 2
1x radion xr15 gen 4 with reef brites

For flow I have
4x mp10s
2x nero 5s
1x vectra s2 for return pump

What would be my best bet for lighting and flow??
