Where could I find a calculator to estimate what my return flow back to the aquarium is? I've not been able to find one that include changes in tubing size, and T's.

What pump you using? Thats generally what they use for head loss to the tank

Reef Octopus Varios 8. It's rated at 2700 gph at full speed. The pump has 1 1/4" tubing exiting the pump, and I've T'd it to 2 3/4" lines, with a few 90's in there as well.

Based on a couple of different calculators, I'm getting maybe 530 gph with this pump at 100%. Not the 1200 gph or so that I need to satisfy the 10% Triton wants. Guess I'll be putting a pump in my refugium.

Get the largest dc pump you can fit and run it as low as you need to. I try to keep my pumps below 75%.
