How does the flow look? Ignore the algae

Hammer should be lightly swaying and not doing the hula dance
Calcium is important for hammer and should not drop below 380
Lighting important for photosynthensis as their zooxanthellae production is important

Calcium is 450 for me.

So I should reduce flow?

Yes, can even go slightly less. Key is, the polyps should sway in the current, but not sustain so much pressure they are constantly bent over their skeleton. Too much flow will tear the polyps and cause the polyps do not extend .
Here are mine under moderate flow:
