Flow during cycle?

Cycling a AIO 50 lagoon - should i hook up the MP10 for more flow is the standard flow without it good enough for cycling? Basically, is more flow better when cycling?

If you're using ocean live rock, the critters on that will need plenty of flow. If not, I don't think flow matters much, as long as you have some water movement at all. Bacteria isn't terribly fussy.

The cycle period is also a good time to break in your MP10. Yes, for best future performance they have a breaking in period. I think it's something like run at 20% for a couple of weeks. It's in the manual.
