hi my name is charles i have a 30 gallon reef tank i just started. im wondering about flow. do i have enough? how do i know if i have enough? i have two 425 powerheads and a marineland penguin 350 filter. is that enough or should i add another powerhead or what? thanks for the help

Those two 425 are enough to blow corals around your tank. That is already overkill. Enough moves your corals freely, blows off detritus, does not dent coral tissue. It shouldnt lift your substrate. Fish are more forgiving with flow and you will catch them swimming in it. Kinda like a Fish treadmill.
