Flow for 265 cylinder tank.

Hello R2R,
Setting up a 5Ft tall by 3ft diameter cylinder tank. Overflow is built into the middle. Using a jebao DCP-18000 return pump. My concern is flow. Anyone have any luck with power heads on a cylinder tank?
