i just set up a 32g Fiji cube AIO. The display is 24” x 15” I’m running the stock return pump and I’m not sure if this is enough flow. Currently I only have a torch and gsp frag which are doing well but eventually I want a bta. Should I put a power head in as well?

Return pumps provide a very laminar flow. IMO it is always a good idea to have some type of wavemaker. If you get one, just make sure that your nem can't get stuck to/in it. Even just a tiny Jebao SOW 4 or 8 would do a nice job.

I was looking at the hydro Koralia 425, would that and the jebao do about the same job?

Not exactly. The koralia is still just a constant stream of water whereas the jebao is a wave maker and will create random flow patterns in the tank.
Ok thanks, would you recommend a power head or wave maker? What are the advantages of either one?

Jebao sw4 and ow10 are the same price and I think ow is the newer mode right? So would this be better for a 24” tank? Or should I go with a Koralia 425?

The Jebao SOW is the newest with the OW right behind it. I think the SOW-4, or SOW-8, would be a great fit for a 24" tank. I have an OW-10 on my 36" tank and I think that would be a good fit for yours as well. I always like having random flow from a wavemaker rather than the constant flow of a powerhead.

I ordered the SOW4 so hopefully that’ll work well. Thanks for your help! where do you think I should put it? Here’s a pic of my tank, the power head on the left has been taken since this pic was taken

If it was my tank, I would place the wavemaker about where that powerhead is located. You will probably need to place it on the side class though since there is a magnet that holds it in place. I wouldn't place that magnet in the back section personally.

id get 2 and put them at the back each side pointed diagonally towards the middle of the front of the tank, and put them in anti-sync or something.

How high do you recommend to turn it up? Would running it at 100% be too much?
