Trying to find a good balance of flow for a 3 ft tank with a reasonable budget. My thoughts so far:

1 icecap2k
1 reefwave 25
Buy a second hand MP40
A pair of Jebao SLWs

I wish I could afford a pair of mp10s but it’s not in the cards to spend 500 on flow. Would one of these gyre pumps do the job? Would I be better going for multiple sources of flow? Would really appreciate your thoughts.

I think a single gyre could do the job. It is always better to have at least two powerheads (one on each side) but if you can't do that then this should be fine.

The gyre would do the trick, but they require MUCH more maintenance than other options.
Look into used. If a pair of MP 10's are what you really want, go that direction.
As an example, I recently sold a pair of 10's for $300
MUCH CAN less than the $500 for new.
Ecotech products last and are worth looking into used.

Careful putting softies and lps together when it comes to some of each of them. They can fight a lot. Just and FYO FME. Boy I hate initials. :)
I would think a gyre would do it, or something that allows for wave control. I like most of tunze products.
