Flow for a 40B

Hello everyone! I am in the middle of maturing my 40B set up. Currently I have 2 tunze nanostream power heads but I want to upgrade. Im torn between an MP40WQD or a Maxspec Gyre XF330. What would everone suggest? Corals right now are lps and soft but I have a month cap coming this weekend. What is everyones opinions on flow for a 40B? Id like to branch into SPS later as well.

2 MP40s for the wide flow. Yea it’s overkill but SPS like it. I have an SPS dominated 40br and I max out at 50% on both.
