Flow for lps

Hey reefers I have a 60x30x24 running lps and softies is 4 power heads to much I have 2x mp40 and 2x Nero7 the Nero’s are on the back at 40 percent pulse and the mp40 at the 7th led on pulse

A white light video will be more telling than numbers. Flow is dependent on power head and return placement as well as your aquascape. Additionally, your flow needs will change as coral grows.
