Flow for mushrooms

My mushrooms are waving with flow lightly. Is this ok or should they be still?

They can 'wave' lightly, but as you acknowledged they should be in lower flow and not be blasted. If they roll over one side, they'll likely shrink and try to avoid the flow as an indicator (or at least mine will. I think I run 12-15 shroom varieties.
