Flow for soft coral lps corals

Hey reefers just wanted to know if anyone has a program for flow. I have a Red Sea 425 softies and lps. I have 2 maxxspec gyre. What’s a good flow schedule

Hmm. Start off at 50. If things are blowing around to much go to 40. I run mine at 90% in my 90gal.

Mixed reef requires a different flow requirement to keep coral happy. I run constant at 40% and pulse on gyre unit. You have to play with percentage settings until you reach desired movement.
I can tell you 40%, Harry says 60 and paul says 50 but it is dependent on Your tank size and amount and type of coral in which you house

Start at even 39 and work your way up. Better too low than too high
