flow for sps dominant

I have a reefer 350 with bare bottom just about to turn a year old. have 2 mp 40 on each side running at 6 sec pulse. was thinking of putting 2 Neptune wave on back wall corners aiming towards the left and right center of the tank. my other thought were 2 gyre 230 on back wall. my only thought with the gyre would be more of a linear flow. I think the waves would be more chaotic. any thoughts or suggestions would be great thxs and happy holidays to all

I've seen a lot of users having issues with the waves being dependable for the long haul.

I'd go Gyre, but that's just one guys opinion.

I don't have any experience with the gyre 230.

I do have 2 MP40 and 2 WAV in my tank, the WAV have been running for 2 years without problems.
I think either choice can produce a lot of chaotic flow.

We have a 6' 125g with a wave pump on each end and just added a gyre to the back middle facing front. The corals responded very positively within a week.

I have two 250 gyres in a 750xxl on opposite ends with a couple of jebao on the back glass. The random chaotic flow is great to look at.

Do you have a RFG on your return?

update to this thread. my girlfriend picked up the Neptune wav during the black friday sale and had them under the tree Christmas morning. love that girl. have them on the back wall facing slightly upward an at an angle across the tank. there running on maverick at 50 percent and the mp40,s on the side running on 6 sec pulse flow in incredible.
